But to tell you a little about me. My name is Kenneth Rodriguez and I am naturally from Puerto Rico. Moved to Manhattan, KS a couple of years ago and LOVE IT. People often ask me "why would you leave the island paradise of Puerto Rico for Kansas?" and my response is "I love watching the seasons go by, instead of having summer all year long".
As for photography, I started using a camera around '96 and since then I love to look trough the viewfinder. I love capturing not just images, but the emotions inherently present in them. Images are just like music, paint, sculptures all rolled up in one. People often say that an image is worth a thousand words, but to that I say "A good image is worth a thousand words, a great image will leave you speechless" and that is what I strive for in my images, to leave people speechless, not by what is photographed but what it conveys.
When I am not reading (and learning new stuff) about photography, I like to play video games, listen to some music, maybe read a book or watch a movie. I am just a regular guy that just wants to capture dreams and emotions. Is that too much to ask for? I don't think so!
